This is a school girl cosplay from MoeHaku 2010, and I think it would be awesome if she was just a regular girl browsing around in the event, wouldn't it?Until I can confirm that though, I'm putting her in the Unknown Section. There's a school emblem on her jacket; maybe people from Japan can tell me what school it's from at least?
